Xtreme Nitro Review
Xtreme Nitro is a nutritional supplement that labels itself an “advanced bodybuilding agent.” Essentially, Xtreme Nitro promises to help men get ripped, shredded bodies in weeks using its’ supposedly natural formula. Supposedly, tens of thousands of men have used Xtreme Nitro to get ripped, even some celebrities and famous athletes.
The burning question we have is – can Xtreme Nitro really deliver on their claims.
About Xtreme Nitro
Xtreme Nitro is essentially a nitric oxide booster like many of the other bodybuilding supplements we’ve reviewed. They claim that their product has been featured in various trusted publications like Men’s Health, Men’s Fitness, & Muscle & Fitness.
Essentially, the product claims to work by increasing nitric oxide levels in the body. Nitric oxide is a compound that dilates your blood vessels to allow blood flow to improve.
In theory, with greater blood flow to muscles, you should perform better during your workouts. In addition, greater oxygen and nutrient flow should help your muscles recover faster. This is especially true if you are performing intense exercises, because your muscles need a greater amount of oxygen during this time or they will become tired.
Xtreme Nitro Ingredients
So now that we know a little bit about this product, what are the actual ingredients? We managed to find the label, and these are the ingredients found in the product:
— Green Tea Extract: Green tea is a well-known ingredient that has strong antioxidant properties and is said to boost overall health. It may also help keep you focused so you can workout longer.
— L-Arginine: Arginine is a precursor to nitric oxide, which means your body converts arginine into nitric oxide.
— Chromium: This mineral is said to enhance the body’s ability to metabolize sugar.
— Yohimbine: May increase nitric oxide levels in the body, similar to the way arginine works.
Out of all of these ingredients, yohimbine is the most clinically studied related to bodybuilding. It is actually very effective in relation to nitric oxide levels, but it does pose the risk of serious side effects, especially in men who suffer from diabetes, blood pressure, and/or heart problems.
Potential Side Effects of Xtreme Nitro
As we’ve just previously mentioned, there are some concerns for side effects related to Xtreme Nitro. Yohimbine is said to have several potential side effects, which can be serious at times. Nausea, high blood pressure, low blood sugar levels, and headaches are all potential side effects. Men with certain health conditions may be at risk for these side effects to a greater extent and therefore should avoid them.
You should also strictly adhere to the recommended dose of 1-2 capsules per day. Taking too many capsules per day could put you at risk for side effects, which can be potentially serious.
Is Xtreme Nitro a Scam?
If you search the Internet, then you’ll inevitably find several websites questioning the validity of Xtreme Nitro. Many sites just flat out call Xtreme Nitro a scam. While we won’t go as far as to say Xtreme Nitro is clearly a scam, we will say this – it isn’t likely the “miracle solution” it claims to be.
The biggest problem we see with Xtreme Nitro is its’ lack of ingredients. Besides yohimbine, none of the ingredients found in Xtreme Nitro carry the “wow” factor so to speak. Chromium provides little to no weight loss benefits, arginine is not absorbed well by the body, and green tea extract has little benefit related to bodybuilding. So while this product may not necessarily be a scam, it is far from the miracle it claims to be.
How to Buy Xtreme Nitro
If for some reason you still want to try Xtreme Nitro, then you can do so by claiming a trial bottle on the official website. You’ll only be required to pay shipping and handling and a trial bottle will be sent to your house.
If you like the product, you’ll continue to receive bottles on a monthly basis. Otherwise, you’ll need to cancel your order or you will continue to be billed.
Realistically, there is little doubt this product will do little to nothing for you. There are far better alternative options out there, and we believe it is in your best interest to seek out those options instead of wasting your money with Xtreme Nitro.
