Synchro Genesis Review
Synchro Genesis is a new plant-based powder that promises to detoxify your body, boost your metabolism, and reduce inflammation. Here’s our review.
What is Synchro Genesis?
Synchro Genesis is a plant-based powder that claims to contain a range of different superfoods.
You mix the powder with water (or the beverage of your choice) and consume it daily to enjoy health benefits.
The mixture promises to be non-GMO, gluten-free, dairy-free, 100% plant-based, and contain organic ingredients.
Some of the specific advertised benefits include:
Using ingredients like raw cacao, and turmeric extract, Synchro Genesis floods your body with antioxidants. Meanwhile, ingredients like plant proteins (hemp and pea protein, specifically) give your body the energy it needs fuel an active lifestyle.
Synchro Genesis Ingredients
Here’s what the Synchro Genesis ingredient profile looks like:
The core of the formula is made up of three blends and two botanicals.
The Synchro protein blend, for example, contains a whopping 17290mg of organic hemp protein and non-GMO pea protein – both of which are popular vegan-friendly protein sources. However, as you can see on the Nutrition Facts side, each serving only contains 15 grams of protein – so you’re not getting a huge amount of protein in each serving.
Meanwhile, the ingredients in the Synchro Greens Blend include chlorella, spirulina, and kelp, all of which are popular “marine greens” prized for their high antioxidant content and valuable phytonutrients.
Finally, maca root is a vegetable belonging to the broccoli family. It has historically been used as an aphrodisiac. A typical recommended dose of maca root is between 1.5 and 3 grams daily for men who wish to take it as a sexual stimulant. Aside from its aphrodisiac effects, maca root does not appear to act as a stimulant.
Other key ingredients include acai, which is a big reason why Synchro Genesis has a 7000+ ORAC score per serving (which is considered to be a relatively high amount of antioxidants per serving).
There’s also coconut palm nectar, which has been added to the blend exclusively for its sweetening capabilities. Each serving of Synchro Genesis contains about 8 grams of sugar, which is relatively small. It’s also important to note that the blend does not contain low-calorie sweeteners or artificial sweeteners. It’s just sweetened with coconut.
How to Use Synchro Genesis
The manufacturer recommends mixing 4 tablespoons of Synchro Genesis (one serving, or 38 grams) with 8 ounces of cold water or non-dairy milk.
Shake the liquid until it mixes together and enjoy.
There are 12 servings in each container, with each serving costing around $2.
