Instead of following one dietary protocol (like say, eliminating all gluten and carbs from your life), the 3 Week Diet combines multiple diets into one 3 week period. These diets are chained together in different phases.
You start with a detox phase, for example, which is followed by an optional fasting phase and then two different low-carb dieting phases.
Reviewers claim that the hardest part of the diet is the first phase, the detox phase. It will leave you feeling drained and out of energy. As you might expect when you combine multiple types of diets together, the science can get a little jumbled at times. But if the end results speak for themselves (and it’s guaranteed to work), then does it really matter if some of the science contradicts itself?
In any case, the first part of the diet is extremely vegetable-heavy. One reviewer we saw online had microwaved mushrooms for breakfast the first day of the diet and claims she was “constantly starving”.
The next phase of the program involves adding a small amount of protein to your diet before finally moving back into a more normal diet program by approximately day 6.

You’re going to have to fight through hunger pangs and follow a moderate schedule that includes walking before breakfast every morning and possibly using dumbbells to workout (this part is optional).
